WordPress 4.7 will be released in December, and with it come the content endpoints for the WordPress REST API. This is exciting news for our industry and a wonderful opportunity for both WordPress developers to expand their horizons and front end developers from outside our ecosystem to try WordPress as a headless CMS.
Earlier in the year, we announced our second conference fully dedicated to the REST API. A Day of REST Boston is designed to help developers improve their development skills to work with the REST API and give them practical examples from the team building the software and people who are using it in production.
The A Day of REST Workshops
After A Day of REST London, we asked you how we can make the conference more valuable for attendees and one of the top answers was a request for even more in-depth content digging into working with the REST API.
Today we’re excited to announce two full days of front-end workshops that will accompany the event. All the workshops are designed to help you hone your skills to work with the REST API and will be lead by some of the best developers in the field. The two full day and four half-day workshops will be hosted by Bocoup and held on 8th and 10th March, 2017.
Each workshop has a limited capacity of 30 people and tickets will be sold separately to the conference tickets for A Day of REST.
Head to the A Day of REST website to learn more about each workshop and secure your spot.
