Leyla joined Human Made with over 10 years of experience in employee facing and project management roles in different industries including tech SaaS startups. While working closely with the People team and all areas of the company, bridging the gap between strategy and operations is Leyla’s ultimate goal.

With effective People Ops infrastructure and processes, she loves helping the team and the company to do their best work without losing sight of our culture. Additional to being an enthusiast about people topics and everything people-related, she’s passionate about volunteering with different humanitarian organisations, traveling and learning new languages (she’s fluent in 5 languages – Macedonian, Turkish, English, French and Croatian).
