More about Shannon
Shannon orchestrates project resourcing at Human Made as an allocations manager for the Americas region, and supports cross-regional allocation as part of the larger allocations team. She lives in Bolingbrook, IL with her husband, Justin, and their two dogs, Dublin and Piper. Outside of work you can find Shannon working on her side hustle as a flutist, performing in liturgical services and as 2nd flute in the Fox Valley Orchestra.
Shannon joined Human Made in November of 2021 and brings with her a combined 8.5 years of traffic, resource and project management experience in both agency and in-house enterprise marketing settings. Shannon has helped creative and marketing teams construct and refine their creative processes, research and implement efficient and effective project management tools, and construct traffic and resource departments, including the role responsibilities and definition and cadence of support activities. Prior to her career in traffic and resource management, Shannon was in the field of education teaching elementary, middle school and high school students music as a band director. Shannon feels her experience in teaching and music have really strengthened her approach to allocations and resource management.
