I am a highly energetic, adaptable and relationships-focused professional with 15+ years success driving new client acquisition, existing client retention, account growth and cross-sell within partnership portfolios of 50+ major clients / suppliers, for global multi-billion dollar businesses including Tramada Systems, BCD Travel and American Express (Australia & Japan).

My extensive experience within SaaS, Travel and Financial Services environments in Australia & Asia has provided me with advanced corporate insight into complex, multi-channel business models. Over the past decade I have also succesfully led teams of 13+ direct and dotted line reports, and developed innovative partner strategies for divisions with a yearly revenue of $5BN AUD p/a.

Alongside my strong technical capability is excellent commercial acumen; including the ability to negotiate and implement multi-million dollar partnerships. In prior roles I have leveraged technology and system improvements, alongside best practice relationship management to drive $250Million in new business through partner channels, and grown revenue within existing accounts by over $20Million.

Driven by a passion for positive organisational change and a thorough understanding of the use of innovation, digital and technology to drive business growth, I have also led significant award-winning change programs – including the execution of a Marketing automation process that has been launched across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong on behalf of American Express.
